Differential

                               Differential

The purpose of the differential is to drive the wheels and to allow them to rotate at different speed. vehicle wheels spin at different speeds, like when turning. each wheels travels a different distance through the turn and the inside wheels travels a shorter distance than the outside wheels. the wheels that travels shorter distance travels at lower speed.

Ring Gears and pinion works as a team to to create torque when you put power to the drive wheels
Side Gears rotates round and round when the pinion gear moves
 Spider Gears
Pinion turns the ring gears and the cage at the same time
Axle Shaft drives the vehicle wheels

Driveline

                            C.V JOINTS

C.V joint, constant velocity joint basically allows the drive shaft to transmit power to the wheels of the vehicle under all conditions at constant speed.

Components.

Clamps

Boots are design to keep grease in and keep water out.

Balls

 Cage

 Hub

Joint Housing

Axle Shaft

Universal Joint allows the rod to bend in all directions.
